Our loyalty is to you, the client. We will report our findings to you whole and unedited, without consideration for the interests of any other parties. Inspections are performed in adherence to the CREIA standards, which includes a visual examination of the building. Our inspector will evaluate and report the visible conditions of the structure, roof, foundation, drainage, heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical systems, insulation, walls, windows, and doors.
Fair Pricing
Our pricing is based upon the number of rooms and not on square footage. We feel that this is more appropriate, since it takes about the same time to inspect a small 3-bedroom, 2-bath house, as it does a much larger house with the same number of rooms.
Here in California, there are standards for home inspectors that have been enacted by CREIA and recognized in California statutes. Membership in this professional association requires obtaining formal training, passing a rigorous membership examination, and mandatory adherence to continuing education. Beware of contractors and handy men who double in the inspection business as a means to get work. This is unethical and strictly against CREIA standards.
