K.C. Park Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a 5,000 year-old Chinese tradition. In modern acupuncture therapy, sterilized, micro-thin needles are inserted in the body to regulate the Qi throughout the body. The traditional explanation for how acupuncture works relies on the traditional Chinese explanation of what causes disease. Namely, when yin and yang are imbalanced in particular organs, or when the flow of Qi within the channels is obstructed, the patient feels sick or senses pain. Professor Steve K.C.
