Named 2004 California Staffing Professional of the Year, Bordwell is a California Accredited Consultant (CAC), a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Bordwell is an active advisory board member for the paralegal program at Coastline Community College.
