With over 50,000 square feet of warehouse space, Signature Party Rentals provides both the commercial and residential customer with an unmatched selection of quality equipment at a price that fits every budget. Our knowledgeable staff is available to handle your equipment needs from the small intimate dinner party to the corporate function for 5,000 or more. At Signature Party Rentals, we pride ourselves on dependability.
Signature Party Rentals is a full service party rental company that offers a wide range of services. These include:
- Free delivery to caterer's kitchens on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- On site consultation for space planning and event design.
- Computer Aided Design (CAD) programs will provide a diagram of your event.
- Expert delivery and setup of your event by experienced crews.
- 24 hour on call emergency help on existing orders.
- Re-rental service for commercial clients.
- Radio contact with drivers to identify when your delivery or pickup will be made.
Signature Party Rentals will set up and take down all heavy equipment (canopies, tables, lighting, dance floor) at no additional charge. We do not set up linen, chair covers, china or glassware. Signature Party Rentals is constantly updating its inventory to bring you new and unique items. Any items cancelled less than 24 hrs prior to the delivery date are not subject to a restocking charge. Special order items will be subjected to a restocking charge if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date.

We are open Mon - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (showroom is closed from 11 am - 1 pm) and on Saturdays we are open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays.
