Our philosophy is simple. Customer satisfaction is everything. We treat our customers as we would like to be treated as consumers. Although we don’t carry every line of luggage made, we have access to almost every brand out there. If you don’t see it, ask. If it’s available, I can get it. If it’s not available I can suggest the best bags for your needs.
We strive to carry the brands that give you the best bang for your buck. Even if we don’t stock it, I’ll be happy to special order it for you at no additional charge. Our 14,000 square foot warehouse is filled with one of the largest selections of nationally advertised brands of luggage, briefcase, laptop cases and travel accessories. Each piece of luggage we sell comes brand new with the manufacturer’s warranty.
We are an authorized dealer of every luggage line we sell. We know you have many shopping choices when purchasing luggage and business cases.
We personally inspect each and every item before it is ships from our own warehouse. Most on-line dealers never see your bag because they have it sent from off site warehouses. Unfortunately an employee in some warehouse sticking a label on your box, will not take the time to make sure that your bag is in order. We will.
