The California Luggage family of stores originated in San Francisco in 1915, and for the last twenty five years has been located in the heart of the Northern California Wine Country in downtown Santa Rosa, Sonoma County.
Our Mission is to satisfy all of our customers' travel needs with the highest quality service possible. California Luggage offers a huge selection travel accessories, luggage and business cases of all types - from totes, garment bags and suitcases of all sizes to laptop bags and briefcases.
Warranty
Every item we sell is backed with a manufacturer's guarantee. Normal wear and tear, damage and airline abuse are not covered by most companies, although comprehensive warranties that do cover abuse and wear and tear are available from a few manufacturers.
Return Policy
We allow thirty days for a full refund for an unused item, because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, simply call or email us and we will issue a Return Authorization number. Repack the item, with all original tags attached, in its original box and write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box. Please include your original invoice, or copy, in the box. Return freight must be prepaid. Upon receipt of returned item we will refund your credit card. The item must include the original packaging, hang tags, all parts and any accessories.
Shipping
Free shipping (UPS Ground) on all orders over fifty dollars. We will ship out all orders as per your request. We also offer Next Day Air, Second Day Air and 3 Day shipping at additional charge. We will contact you promptly if an item is unavailable or on backorder.
Repairs
We offer in-house repairs, and also send out more complex repairs to an affiliate facility. Call for specific details regarding the repair process.
